Position Overview:

​

The Worship Leader is responsible for the week-to-week execution and preparation of the music for our weekend worship services. This role ensures that worship teams are equipped, scheduled, and prepared to lead worship with excellence. While not necessarily leading from the platform every Sunday, the Worship Leader serves as the primary point person for the music, band, and tech team, overseeing team preparation, setlist curation, technical setup, and team development. This role serves as the operational backbone of the weekend worship experience, ensuring that every service is prepared with excellence and that every team member is equipped to fulfill their role effectively.
